The Addendum to the 1997 Environmental Study Report (ESR) was filed for a 30-day review period beginning on October 13, 2016. The pubic review period for this Addendum ended on November 14 2016.
The Ministry received EA Approval to proceed with the proposed plan in September 2017.

The second Addendum to the 1997 ESR was available for a 30-day review period beginning on January 30, 2018. The public review period for this Addendum ended on March 2 2018. The review period is now over.

Design and Construction Report (DCR)
The Notice of Filing of the DCR has been sent to contacts on the project mailing list and will be published in the Thunder Bay’s Source on December 12, 2019, in the Thunder Bay Chronicle-Journal on December 14, 2019, and in the Red Rock Nipigon Gazette on December 17, 2019. The notice will also be published in the Dorion Flaming Facts in January 2020. A copy of the notice is available here.
The DCR is available for a 45-day review period beginning on December 12, 2019 until January 27, 2020. A copy of the report is available here and at the following locations:
